A festivus for the restuvis...

Today, April 20th, marks my 3 month anniversary here in this glorious country. I feel it is only appropriate to show one of my favorite moments here in Costa Rica, specifically, Manuel Antonio. I have learned and loved so much more than just this one, but this has been the first and the constant love. My sunsets. They usually last about 45 minutes to an hour and by 6:30 it is completely dark. However, the time before this darkness is amazing every day. Whether it has been hot, cool, cloudy, clear, every day the sunset has amazed me since I have been here. There have been other constants in my life and here in Costa Rica, but this "takes the cake" for me at the moment. So here are a few shots. Where there is one, there is almost 5,000. I have adored my camera and computer here these last few months too, simply for the pictures that I have accumulated. Enjoy. And a festivus for the restivus.

One of my favorite pictures ever.

Lots of surfing.

Precious little boy trying to keep up with the 'big kids'.

See, even on cloudy days the sun peaks through, pretty cool.

Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Home Sweet Home.

Also from Vista Serena, also beautiful.

Down at the beach.

Notice the guy flying?

Matapalo Beach, Costa Rica, heaven.

So many colors in an amazing sky.

Watching the sunsets has shown me why Columbus thought the Earth was flat.

la Vista Serena.

Perfectly round.

One of my favorites and most recent.
